I’m a gold tier VS member but recently I received a gift from my partner that was too big and requested an exchange because they didn’t include the receipt and I didn’t have one I was treated very very rudely and the female manager was extremely condescending. It was a gift and all I wanted to do was exchange , both bras had tags of $45 & $55 and I was only given the option to exchange for $63 or less I did not like the way I was treated at all last time I needed to exchange something I was helped by a totally different manager but same cashier and it was a purchase I made so I had the receipt and the treatment was like night and day and very appreciated. The older dark haired tan manager woman needs better customer service skills by far.

Very Poor customer service. I live 5 minutes away and prefer to shop online or almost any other store because of how rude the manager is at this location. Gold tier member as well.

In the past I have found their selection today, however today was simply unacceptable. Even though the site says they are open. It was closed. I came specifically to this location only for this so this was quite upsetting.

Horrible customer service no one answers phones and just an inconvenient process in regard to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Only got refunded 1/2 of my return, also got charged for the items I exchanged but zero refund.

I had the pleasure of visiting Victoria’s Secret here at Cherry Creek Mall and was even more pleased to have met Vanessa. We all know that Victoria’s Secrets is great, but Vanessa made this store an amazing place to shop. She was very nice, patient, knowledgeable (she knows her stuff) and very helpful. She patiently showed me the great selections of intimates they had and thanks to her, I got exactly what I needed, the perfect place shop. I’ll be visiting them again when I need anything in the future, this will be my first stop. Thanks so much to all the ladies there. You all make people feel special.

This store has amazing products including bras, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and more. They have many fitting rooms that you can use at your leisure and the customer service is amazing. They're always there if you need help. They also offer sizing checks for bras as well. Not to mention the amazing color choice and organization of all of the products in the store. The place is vibrant with many different patterns and colors on the walls and floor, making it really enjoyable to be in the store itself.
This is a designer store so, of course, the products will be expensive but very much worth it. The items are very luxurious and are made with quality in mind for the customers.

I received a gift card for Christmas & went shopping. Found some beautiful bra's & some lotion & body spray all 50% off. I normally don't shop @ Victoria Secrets but with the gift card & the sale I found things that I needed & items that I really believe I'll enjoy wearing at wonderful prices!

Well, I take my last review back. Cherry Creek VS is only a 5 minute walk from me, have gone here for about 8 years. And the service is TERRIBLE now. NO help, a bunch of girls just in a circle talking or their heads down folding random things. Where is the managers! No one knows anything about the bras, I asked the difference between perfect shape and push up I was told “no difference!” I remember years ago an associate telling me the difference but I could not remember. I google, and there is a difference. I get attitude every time I go, if anyone decides to speak to me. I don’t know if anything has changed recently with protocols, but please go back to your old ways. There’s about two girls who actually do something between both the VS and pink here. I hope you guys get the training needed for both associates and managers.
