Warm welcome on arrival by John. Easy check in. Room prices are great, Shown to our room by Luke. Although we had to small double room it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. . |Breakfast was ample with a range of cereals, fruit juice and full english cooked to order, served nice and hot with a chiice of a pot of tea or coffee. |The guys are very friendly as was the other guests we met in the hotel bar, the prices are good too for a hotel bar. . |Will definitely be back and do recommend anyone to give it a try. . |Oh children and dogs are welcome here too. .

Lovely welcome from the owner, room basic but we was only here for one night and it’s was perfect for that. Lovely comfy bed, we added breakfast which you had a good choice and a full English. The hotel is a great price and you get what you pay for.

We had a fab over night stay, very friendly, clean, good service and wonderful comfortable bed ( I could have stayed in it forever)
Perfect breakfast and lovely pub inside for few cheeky drinks before hitting the town.
Totally loved it and I can promise you we will return .. thank you both for such a wonderful time Dawn and Linda

Excellent hosting, made us feel very welcome.
There is cereals, brioche also a cooked breakfast, is an extra charge however worth ever penny. Room was no.6 family room where myself, hubby had a double bed and a partition for a bunkbeds. Perfect for our requirements. We had a fabulous stay thanks John & Luke x definitely recommended Angie, Bill and girls (23/07/24). We will be back x

We booked a few days before our day trip with no problem. Arrived with two dogs and made very welcome. The room (Angel) was immaculately clean, nice, and fresh, too. Lovely big bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. Great locale for the North Pier.

Awful people. Could not get to blackpool because of storm darragh, trains cancelled. They refused to give us our money back or even let us stay stay on another weekend. They just said tough luck. Avoid this place because if by some means you can't get there through no fault our your own, THEY DONT CARE. Horrible people. Pretend they are nice but totally false.

A brilliant place to stay Luke and John are really friendly and make you so welcome. And its dog friendly. And in the night they have a open bar its so good .to have a beer and a chat to the locals .I recommend you visit them .

Amazing place to stay. We stayed Good Friday for one night. The owners John and Luke are so friendly and are amazing. Can't do enough for you. We had Room 4, what a room. Massive bath, separate shower and a very comfortable bed and so quiet.
Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
