Absolutely horrendous attitude and complete lack of customer service from Shelbi. I will not order from here again.

After placing a $125 order for 2 items, I received an empty poly envelope. It had torn on the side and the items had fallen out. They told me it was on ME, the customer, to file a claim with the carrier, then they’d “consider” a refund. The rep has a very snotty and passive aggressive tone to her emails…one minute refusing to help, the next wishing me happy holidays. Disgusting service.

She didn’t offer to resend the items and refused to refund or file the claim themselves as the shipper. Everyone knows you do not put the burden on the customer if you care about them - which clearly they don’t.

I am out my money and my clothes. I will be filing a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs - they do NOT care about you.

Customer service here was absolutely amazing! I ordered one dress in two sizes for a wedding. My package got stuck in some city during the shipping process. I reached out to them and they sent me two new dresses and used rush shipping to make sure I received them in time for the wedding!! Not only that the dress was absolutely perfect!! Will shop over and over here, thank you!!

I ordered 3 pair of Judy Blue pants on November 21. It is December 28. No pants. Tracking said they are delivered. It says it reached the “sorting facility” in my town. Um no…my town has a tiny post office and less than 1,000 people. It is a scam. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

I have bought shoes exclusively a lot from here. Never the clothes as I like to try before I buy, so I can’t say much about that, but I will say that every pair of shoes I bought from here was exact fit and loved the quality of them. So I have always been satisfied.

This company is so awesome! I ordered a dress for a wedding and it came in a very timely manner. Unfortunately it just didn’t look as good on me as I had hoped (not their fault). By the time I decided I didn’t like the fit it was past the time frame for a refund to my card. Fortunately, I found another dress on their site I liked. I was worried I wouldn’t have time to send the first dress back, have the return processed, get the the in store credit, and order the new dress. I emailed them to see what I could do and they were so sweet and helpful! Bethany informed me that I could just order the new dress now before it went out of stock and they’d just refund the amount for that dress to me so it would be like I used credit. After having such issues with another company just days before for the same issues this was such a relief!! I will definitely be buying from them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I really like this store a lot! There are just a couple things, for me, that are a little difficult. The clothing is from different vendors, which is great, but the sizing ranges a lot because of this. I ordered a top in S, which fit like a L (does not come in XS). I also ordered S shorts, but they were like an XXS. The other shirt I ordered in S fit great and I get lots of compliments on it. The other thing that's hard is, in order to get a refund, the items have to be returned in 3 business days. This means you, basically, have to ship them back the same day you get them to be on time. Otherwise, they offer in-store credit within 30 days. I feel 14-day turnaround would be a little bit more manageable with mailing and life, while still being able to resale. I will say, all of the items I ordered are very good quality, great material, and will last a long time. I appreciate that the most.

I am so impressed with the customer service here. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and I had ordered a dress off of a different website, after waiting till the last minute to see if it would arrive in time I couldn't wait any longer. I found a dress on Lime Lush that was cute and the color I needed. I had messaged them to see if I could come pick it up since I live in Utah. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me that unfortunately they are not set up to do pick-ups. This was totally fine, not their fault I needed the dress last minute. I had decided to pay to over night it, and put a note in the comments section to hopefully have it shipped out that day (Thursday) so I could receive it the following day (Friday) as the wedding was on Saturday. I also called to see if they had gotten my request. Kiersten had emailed me and picked up my call letting me know that their Fedex guy had already come for the day but that she would personally drop it off so I could receive it in time. They were so kind and accommodating when they didn't have to be. I was so impressed that they went above and beyond. Not to mention I got a ton of compliments on the dress. Thank you so much!

I have purchased items from this company for about 5 years now and spent close to $5k. I went to return a couple of dresses today and they no longer offer free return shipping when you purchase over $100. As others have stated they use such a wide array of vendors, that every single item fits differently. So disappointed and I'll now look for a local boutique or one online that is not so stringent on returns (we shouldn't be penalized when the sizing isn't all uniform).
