H-E-B‘s curbside is amazing. The delivery are always friendly. We do sometimes get weird substitutes or there’s been a few times where we haven’t gotten our items and we had to ask for a credit. But other than that, this H-E-B is great. Inside is always clean and employees are nice.

Hands down the worst HEB in Central Texas. Deli counter has the most rude employees ever. Complete incompetence. Tried to order hams and cheeses. First lady shrugs her shoulders and says she doesn't understand English. The other lady has very little knowledge on slicer dials. Ham slices are dirty from slicer.

When wife ask me to get groceries, HEB is always the first pick.

This location near by 45 n 35 is nice and clean, spacious to walk around.

I really enjoying to come in at 10 pm while everyone are getting ready to sleep, and the place is nice and calm, plenty of items to choose from, and there is no rush to fight over the registers.

I always take pictures of the produce, so that I don't have to look up on the item number when doing self check out, so that speed up my checkout process.

The best grocery store in the world. My early morning visit to H-E-B was so pleasant. The produce section looked exceptionally great, and everything was fully stocked and clean.

I have encountered one rude employee here, I have been coming here 6 years now. Besides the one employee, the people who work here are awesome! The cashiers are pretty fast! This dip is awesome! This place is always so good. You can get in and out pretty fast

The customer service at this store was extremely arrogant when I tried to report that a product I purchased was expired. Despite having my receipt, which was only a month old, it didn’t seem to matter to them that the product had already expired before I even bought it. The issue wasn’t that it expired after my purchase—it was clearly out of date long before, and I had proof to show it. Yet, instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff member was rude and acted as if I was to blame for them selling expired goods.
It’s not about the expired product or the refund; though I got the refund, what really affected me was that I reported an issue, and instead of addressing it, the rudeness I experienced ruined my entire day. Now, I find myself reflecting and thinking that perhaps I shouldn’t have gone there or that I could have handled the situation differently. So many thoughts are running through my mind, which is why I’m writing this review two hours after the incident.

I’ve been using curbside from this location for years and never have run into any real “snags” until now.

Purchased items and picked up on July 5, 2024… generally pleased with items selected by my “shopper” but this time they really missed the mark. Got home and as I’m unloading my groceries, I discover I’ve been given ROTTED, MOLDY strawberries… this should have never 1) been out for the public, and 2) not “picked” by my shopper, and in turn bagged and sold to me.
It took my reaching out to customer service three times before I received a response, and finally was refunded only the cost for the strawberries.
Please know, my complaint is not about the cost, which was very minimal, it’s the principle.

HEB has been family owned, and a Texas held company for over 100 years. Do better HEB for your fellow (native) Texan.

***updated: today, July 31, FORGOT to give me items now don’t answer at store. Contacted customer service and get refund or go back- if people had time to make multiple trips or waste their day at HEB, we would- they refuse to deliver. Thanks for caring about customers! Will purchase my food, even at a higher cost, to avoid you. Bye!

HEB refund and exchange policy is so ridiculous. Few days ago, I bought a lot of groceries when I wanted to exchange the small jar of pickles with the bigger one and pay the difference, but I left my receipt in the car, they told me I have to show my picture ID. So, I gave them my driver's license, after they looked at it, they said I have to swipe it, this is ridiculous! the purchase was less than $3, I felt my civil rights have been violated. HEB need to stop doing this crap for small purchases.
