Hair Heaven hair is amazing I’ve used it twice since I purchased in February. Ashley vibes are amazing! My review of a 3 is for the hair and Ashley’s vibes. My install was not great, my
braids were very big her regular braider was sick, my bundles were sewed in very sloppy, no flow to the sew in or nothing, I used all 4 bundles with a side part and it looked like all the bundles were on the right side of my head. I did go in as a squeeze in appointment on a Friday so maybe that’s what I get for being a rush to get my hair done. I had to remove my sew in three days later and pay to get a new install. The install is just not what I’m used to I’m used to a flat braid foundation sometimes with a net and then the tracks being installed from the nape up. This was not the case with this install. The hair quality is amazing and I would purchase hair over and over!!

Ashley is such a phenomenal person inside and out ! My daughter and I have been going to Miss Ashley for almost 4 years! She is so knowledgeable and truly have growing hands she takes very good care of my daughter and my hair has maintained great health of my natural hair under my protective styles! My first time with Hair Heaven. I had a great experience! Laura helped me purchase hair and booked appointment in store. Teeyon did my glueless sew in and she did an amazing job!! Very happy with my hair. She’s efficient and is very skilled. To be honest, initially I thought a bit overpriced BUT you get what you pay for! Their services are worth it! The results are worth it.I highly recommend and will be returning.

UPDATE: Ashley the owner of the salon did my sewin this time. Firstly, she did do the actual sewin good: no bundles falling out or anything like that. But I do have a few things I wasn’t happy about: 1. She braided way too tight, leaving me with blister bumps around my edges. I didn’t complain so my fault. 2. she didn’t use all the hair bundles I purchased. Pieces of the bundles were cut off and I didn’t like that. I think that’s the cause of all the hair shedding. 3. The closure is the worst - she did an amateur job. She overplucked it near the hairline (see picture). She also kept using lace adhesive for the glueless sewin and putting me under the dryer so it can “melt”. The instructions for that Ebin lace spray says to use on cool setting. I told her in the shop that the lace was not blending and she proceeds to put me back under the dryer. She asked if it look better and it did look better than what she initially did so I said yeah it’s better. When I got home (and I live 5 minutes away) the lace was lifting. So I decide to reach out for help. I was a bit hostile (which I apologized for) in my messages to her but that’s because I spent over $300 and left out the shop unhappy with the lace not blending. She said glueless will have liftage. Ok BUT the way I see it is it shouldn’t be lifting the moment I leave the salon. So when I told her about it, she said she’ll use glue this time. I wanted to give her a chance to fix so I went back and she used glue and sat me under the dryer once again. I was thankful that she tried but the glue started lifting too as soon as I got home. Plus she made no effort to blend it. My lace should have been attached (with adhesive or glue) & blended.
4.She had Lauren the makeup artist wash and condition my hair. It doesn’t matter if the makeup artist works for her, I would like the licensed professional to wash my hair.
In conclusion: If you guys book, book with Teeyon.

I tried to contact Ashley before leaving this review!
I hired Ashley to install glueless lace front wig. I asked for a layered all over hair cut. I did not get this! My appointment was@ 10am. Ashley was done at 11am. I feel as though she didn’t spend the time for a proper install & haircut .
Ashley you did not cut the lace around the ear properly.
So many residents in my apartment complex are looking for a great stylist.However I will not recommend her business.
Please correct the above problems.I finally spoke with Ashley, she advised me to book another appointment for a restyle. She also stated the entire visit was recorded without my permission or
Knowledge, which is illegal . I plan on taking legal action against her!!!!!
My husband is an attorney!!!

She is so sweet and very professional. Ashley definitely knows a lot about hair and color. The staff is also very friendly. I really enjoy my time during my appointments.

It was with Nandi. She’s sweet initially but is a very slow braider. What did it for me was I had something come up 3 days before my appointment and I wanted to reschedule it but instead she gave me an attitude and said that she already put a halt to these last minute cancellations. I was like wow, well I could have cancelled the day of or just not shown up at all! At my last appointment it feel uncomfortable like she’s extremely fake I’m not too sure but yeah, I would be open to trying other stylists tho I’d their customer service is better.
