Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a watch from this location, left, and was unsettled with my purchase. I called and I was told returns were NOT accepted which was a surprise to me as this was never stated before my purchase (shame on me for not asking as well). They made a concession as most reasonable retailers do and said I could bring it in to return assuming no damage. The watch was never worn after I left the store and in fact still had plastic protection on the stainless in some areas so immediately no issue in my head. After driving an hour and 15 mins, they looked over the watch and saw a mark on the stainless and told me they cannot take back the watch (I don’t think they planned to accept my return from the beginning)- I was completely shocked as I was not even seeing this mark they had seen under multiple lighting scenarios. Extremely disappointing as the watch was NEVER worn outside of the store. In short- carefully inspect your watch before purchasing and don’t expect to be able to return it. Furthermore, one employee told me there are discounts off list price if you are not financing the watch, when I came back to purchase, they wouldn’t discount the watch as they previously stated. After calling other boutiques after all of this, the other stores were willing to reduce the cost off list.. So do your research- you’ll most definitely get a better deal from another Breitling Boutique or jeweler, not KOP’s boutique. Buying a nice watch should be a fun, memorable experience…and unfortunately it was not here. Get a better deal elsewhere!

Lindsay at Breitling in KOP is AMAZING. I fell in love with the new Superocean and Lindsay worked with me to help procure a very difficult to find color combination. While there, I felt at home talking to Sadia (thanks for the movie recommendation!!) and another gentleman. We talked about watches and I got to try on a few of the others while my watch was getting sized for me. Lindsay made the experience feel so personal and I’m very happy with my watch. I recommend all watch lovers to check out the boutique.

Edit: 2024- I just got a rubber strap for my super ocean and this thing pops. Thanks again Lindsay!

I was at the Breitling Boutique at King of Prussia this week, the experience was amazing. I was just watching some beautiful watches, I felt very well treated, all the people who work there are very professional, they were very patient and showed me many watches. Finally, I bought two of them, they are beautiful. Thank you very much Lindsay for your patience, you are the best!!

The folks at Breitling in KOP were incredibly hospitable when I went in to look for a watch. They made it a great and really fun experience. No pressure or tactics, they just truly wanted me to walk away with the watch best for me. Melissa and Lindsay helped us and and are just incredible people, very nice, friendly, and helpful people.

I had a great experience at the King of Prussia Breitling Boutique with my sales consultant Lindsay and the rest of the team. Lindsay was friendly and knowledgeable about all the watches I was looking at and was a great help in making a decision. She kept me up to date on the timing of the delivery and I definitely appreciated the bourbon and champagne the couple times we stopped in. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Super Ocean from Breitling online and had it delivered to KOP Breitling. A watch I have had my eye on for a while and my first luxury watch purchase. I would expect when you spend $6,000 on a watch it would come with a whole different level of customer service. Well, when I walked into the store I said good morning and that I was there to pick up my watch. I was asked for my ID then the gentleman went in the back and brought out a square cardboard box. I stood very excited waiting for them to grab a box cutter and open to the box. Instead, they grabbed a black bag put the cardboard box in the bag and sent me on my way. Very confused, I walked out but didn’t get far as I started to think what if it’s not the watch that I purchased. So I went back and asked them to unbox it for me to make sure it was what I purchased. Once returning they were more than happy to unbox it for me and the lady even set up the extended warranty for me.

Should they have even let me walk away without letting me look at it first?

When I first saw the watch I was in Atlanta 2 weeks ago at a Breitling store and they were up my butt to buy this watch. They offered Champagne and the red carpet. I should have had it sent to the Atlanta store. I would have had better treatment.

KOP Breitling, you need to do better on your customer experience and service!!!

I love my Super Avenger. My first grown up watch and eventually purchased a Transocean. My review is about the Breitling repair service experience. I dropped my Super Avenger for estimate on repairing hand on bottom dial. Besides the hand repair, no other issues & watch working fine. The watch had to be send off to be diagnosed. I paid the shipping fee. It took over 4 weeks to get a diagnosis which I felt was a bit long. The total service cost was going to be ~25% ($1,445 + tax) of what I purchased the watch for. It also included an extended 2 year warranty as it included a full service beyond the single hand repair. I decided to decline the service & would use that repair cost to a new watch.
It took another 2 weeks for them to return watch to store. When I went to pickup my watch, I had to pay a $30 decline fee which I felt was nickel & dime for a luxury brand.
