Odd approach to customer service. Was browsing and came to a stall because staff was standing in way of racks chatting with another customer about exercise classes.
I was walking back by a few moments after leaving the store and noticed the offender was now at the front of the shop so I wanted to pop in real quick to check the racks she was previously blocking, and there was a pair of earrings I knew I wanted. I wasn’t in the door two steps before she came to notified me that they were closing in 10 minutes. No problem, I’m out, and never back!

I had made a purchase on line for the cutest shirt, I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirt. Bobbi from Allure called me, left me a message to make sure I really wanted both shirts. I contacted her back to let her know I only wanted one shirt. She had already gone to the post office to mail the package. Bobbie contacted the post office and then went to the post office to take the extra shirt out. What great customer service! Thank you Bobbi, you made my day!
