Excellent customer service with my first order! I accidentally used the wrong shipping address when placing my order, so I used the chat feature on the website to try to correct my mistake. Sommer helped me through the chat and had my address changed quickly. Very easy and efficient!

Received the Essential set as a gift and love it. It's very flattering. There is a small hole in one of the seams so I used their chat feature to discuss a replacement. Lesley was fabulous - quick to respond and resolve the issue.

I had an odd issue with one of my orders not arriving before going out of town, and in the order was a gift for my mom who I was going to see. Working with this company has been a delight! The customer care is top notch, and especially, Debbie. I have ordered a handful of items with Sexy Modest Boutique, and love them all!! This last purchase however, did not fit correctly. It was super easy to return and Debbie made sure to reach out through email with all the updates on my refund, etc. She was fabulous to work with!

Customer service was very helpful through chat when the self-service return portal wasn't working. My only disappointment was that they only offer store credit and no refunds. I would not have purchased the items if I had known that. The items I ordered ran small. Hopefully the new sizes will work.

I didn't realize that the 10% discount code did not apply after my order went through so I emailed asking if they would honor it. I'm sure it was an error on my part, but the rep, Lesley responded within minutes and let me know they would take care of it for me. She was quick to respond and eager to help. This company’s incredible customer service and beautiful clothing keep me coming back for more. I first discovered this brand at my local COSTCO a few years back during a ‘road show’ and have been buying these clothes (on the SexyModest app) ever since.
