I went to see the dresses for my girls and the owner lady was rushing me for my daughter to try the dresses. Once’s you buy anything from this store is final sale, every store give anyone the right to exchange any time before a month. Bad customer service.

Most store at the mall were pleasant and friendly. But we were treated terribly at Paris Bouquet and I feel the NEED to tell some one. I NEVER complain and generally like everyone. But WOW!!! The guy at the store was beyond rude and terrible belittling. I (the mom) went prom shopping with 3 amazing responsible girls, we asked to try on a few dresses and we told we would destroy them if they tried them on and they were probably out of our budget!!! I was incredibly insulted by this dude. I had a large budget to spend for senior prom for my daughter. But you better believe I will NEVER shop there again.

I am a small business owner myself and this is NOT how you treat customers especially friendly ready to make large purchases customers. I will definitely tell other moms/daughters to NOT shop at this store.

I would not recommend that you waste your money or time in this store . We walked I'm looking for 3 gowns for my daughter's quincenera. The lady was extremely rude asking whether we could afford the dresses and would only let us try something on if we were going to buy it . Who buys the first dress they try No one . It was not a pleasant experience and needless to say we walked out.

It’s to bad there is no 0 star option The owner was extremely rude grabbed a dress and before he even knew who it was for said it’s not going to fit and grabbed it out of my hand they seem like your an inconvenience trying to shop at there store by the rest of the 1 star reviews they clearly have never heard of the costumer is always right. Please do not spend your money here

Never make any of these. Worst customer service here. Went looking for a first communion dress here and the man told us to to relax and not have an attitude. Who says this ? Won’t ever be shopping here ever again

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I just went to take a look at dress styles for our wedding and immediately the owner pounded on us and wouldn’t leave us alone. I told him I already had a tux and he kept pushing me to get one with him instead bringing five different suit jackets over telling me how much better quality his was vs the one I got (he didn’t even see the one I have). My fiancé saw a dress she like and he said “come back tomorrow when the seamstress is here” so that way she could kind of measure the dress against my fiancé. He took down her number just in case the seamstress was coming in at a different time then what the owner told us. We reluctantly came back the next day hoping for a better experience. He bombarded me again about suits and tuxes. My fiancé out the dress on and really like s it but it was not worth the price he was asking for it. So she took it off and we left. He called us two days later asking if we were going to buy the dress. We politely told him no that it was out of our budget and that we had found her wedding dress elsewhere. He word for word said “okay well I just thought since I spent so much time with you guys that you were going to get it. You should have called if you weren’t going to get it” EXCUSE ME!? He was acting as if we were obligated to buy the dress because my fiancé tried it on..... awful car salesmen like experience. Dresses are cheap material and priced high.
