Husband purchased birthday gifts for me last month & I went to return for store credit. I learned that the return window is 2 weeks. Despite items still being sold in the store at full price, they would not budge to allow me to have a store credit to apply to items in the store that I actually liked. I did not find staff kind nor were they eager to try to accommodate the customer. I am a small business owner and their unwillingness to give a store credit in this instance is pretty hard to fathom. Sadly, they lost an ideal customer today.

This local, small business is one of my favorite places that makes Dallas so special. They always have new stuff that you cannot find anywhere else. The staff are welcoming and so helpful. They go out of their way to appreciate their customers and to make the experience all the more fun. I highly recommend. It’s great for gifts for your friends and family. There are so many adorable clothes, accessories, and jewelry. I always find something unexpected. Don’t miss it!

The vast assortment of cool product makes buying for many different people both effortless and FUN!
Carley & her team bring to mind an era of retail gone by...and it's nice to be reunited with this style of business.

Bought 2 watch straps and wore one of them one time. After the first wear, the piece that attaches to the band broke apart. Brought the broken pieces back in store after they moved locations and was told I couldn’t return it, even for store credit. Won’t be buying anything from here again.

Favor the kind is an absolutely STUNNING store! They carry some of the best brands and cutest home decor. I have always enjoyed shopping here and the staff is always so kind. Highly recommend stopping by!

I have been going to The Gypsy Wagon for the last 10 years. I loved going because the store felt unique. Everything about it to me was unique. The location, the displays, the name, the brands they carried everything. I just visited the new location and it was such a disappointment. It will be my last time going. It felt like an overpriced Forever21. Everything about it. The brands, displays, and location. It seems like they are trying to appeal to young 20’s but what young 20 yearolds can afford $100 plus on a shirt? Especially in our inflated economy. Also I read a review about why you changed the name… just wondering if you went to a Gypsy community and took a poll about the word gypsy being demeaning? There are reality TV shows about the Gypsy culture and they proudly refer to themselves as Gypsys. You can make any word in the dictionary demeaning if you try to. Reminds me of when a group of white people tried to change the Florida Seminoles football team name because to this group of white people it was offensive. The actual florida Seminoles said no they were proud the school was representing their name in that way.

Be prepared to chat and overpay. I had 4 employees ask me the same question within 10 minutes.
I exchanged earrings but the employee checking me out didn’t know how to apply store credit back. A manager came to help and then informed me that I actually can’t exchange them because it’s been over 2 weeks. I explained that I bought them just before their move and the first week they re-opened was more like a construction zone, but she did not care. So they cancelled the whole transaction and gave me back earrings that I will never wear. Waste of everyone’s time and money…
